In order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> Woocommerce >> Settings >> Advanced >> Cart page >> choose/select Cart page. Save Settings and Check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/7rLR1xJ
