1,2. Please try to translate those words into the Theme and WooCommerce language files as well OR Please share the WP Admin URL as well in the private content area of this topic, so that I will further check it for you.
3. I have just checked your site now on my personal mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine for me, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/c6hg48s2 it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.
4. That is because of the siteground cache issue, Please remove the cache from your site and then deactivate the siteground cache and all the other cache plugins for a while and check back and I am sure it will solve your issue and after confirmation, please again activate the cache plugins one by one and remove the cache too.
