Hello, @nedim,
I can see you are using the cache plugins as well on your site and also your server has the cache too, so please first flush your server cache completely and then turn it OFF for a while till you are in the development process and then remove your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins from your site and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.
Otherwise, we have to check it on your site, Could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, by following the below-listed format, so that I will further look into it for you?
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first and I also need your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well.
