Actions in detail to see the problem:
1) After log-in go to WooCommerce –> Bestellingen(orders) and click on the first order #2233 : https://prnt.sc/E-0VvikbQNLf
2) Change the email address to address that you want receive the email: (Step 1) and choose “Bestelling in behandeling”(processing e-mail) (step 2) https://prnt.sc/1PW7-LwRcSFG.
Then click on the button “Sla bestelling op & verzend e-mail” for sending the email.
This problem occurs with all Order Status emails and not just processing.
