Hello, @tareq,

1.This seems to be the cache issue only If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not on the frontend of the site. Please remove the server cache and site cache as well, finally check back the site after clearing the browser cache, I am sure you will not face this issue.

2.Sorry for the inconvenience but can you please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic, so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.
