I did as you wrote – in fact, one of the plugins was causing the problem (Async JavaScript). I turned it off – now TAB Content appears in Firefox.
Unfortunately, the problem persists in the panel (TAB edition)
One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
