Hello,
We can’t log in to your Dashboard. Please check the credentials.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
1/ Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On. If this doesn’t help, provide URL of page with the warning.
2/ Record a video of the problem.
