Hello, @raj,
If you are using the 8theme product categories item on your site and it’s not showing any value, then please make sure that you have set the products for those categories, I mean, the categories must be assigned to some of the products, and if yes then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me, in the private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check it for you on your site and help you out.
Note: Please share that page as well on which you used that element and the screenshot as well.
