We checked the problem on our testing web-sites and didn’t find that issue ->

We checked your web-site but didn’t find you are using advanced separated layout -> https://prnt.sc/K9sOGa54PHLx
Also, your web-site from the dashboard has the prefix dev. but if to check the frontend there is no such prefix (see details in the Private Content area)
