Please follow the below listed proposed solutions from us one by one and check which one will work for you.
1. Try to switch OFF the “Ajax Product Pagination” from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and check back after clearing the cache.
If the issue will persist then:
