Thanks for the reply.
no, somebody ask me that cannot translate some parts because “must buy” , so I wrote how to buy without paying. – Sorry, but your request is unclear, unfortunately. Please describe the situation in more detail with screenshots.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.

I cleared cache and nothing has changed !!!! – screenshots, please.
It looks like .pot files should be re-created, so provide us with temporary FTP access. Contact your hosting provider to get access.
