Hello, @Jack Lee,

Please once make sure that you have installed the plugin “WCMP Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce” if not you can install it from the Dashboard >> XStore >> Install Plugins.

I think the plugin is not installed on your site that’s why the plugin shortcode appears on the site but not the content. If the issue still persists then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.
