I have checked your site the MailChimp plugin is activated see image: https://postimg.cc/Y4h0YrCr and you have changed your site logins because your provided are no more valid as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/87kctPsQ
Please share the valid access of your site with us in the private content area again so that I will check it again.
