Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in anymore.
1/ You should be able to contact your hosting provider, describe the problem and provide this screenshot of the problem – https://postimg.cc/v1hzkfFC Let us know the answer of your hosting provider.
2/ Check the server error log, hosting will provide it once you asked.
3/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, then check settings in Theme Options. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
