As you can see it is not our theme on your site, but a default theme, and our Core plugin is disabled. It means the problem is independent of our theme, so we as theme support can do nothing, unfortunately. We are able to help only in case problem appears with our theme only.
If problem persists even with default WC theme – Storefront when the Dokan Pro plugin is activated, it means the plugin support should check the situation more deeply and help, because independently of theme the login from my account page doesn’t work correctly. Isn’t it? Maybe support of WooCommerce plugin (from which the My Account page and login functionality comes) will be able to give you a hint, let them know that the problem persists with the Storefront theme.
We always try to help our customers, but you did not want to do that test on the first day of posting question on the forum, so it took some time while one of our technicians get time to check it. So we are sorry for the delay, but if problem is not caused by our theme functionality, I can’t ask dev team to spend time on it, unfortunately. We have a large number of requests these days.
