You can set Product image style on hover from Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce(shop) >> Shop >> Product style >> Image Hover Effect and Select option as per your need See image for better reference: https://postimg.cc/yJGrk3gv
Also, you can Set Product Style on hover as Box Shadow and you can turn it ON/OFF, See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/WhRz09cP
