Hello, @mohamed,

Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

1. Pre-build in this you can enable/disable some options.
2. Custom layout in this you are able to create the layout and set the content as per your need.

And if still, the issue will persist then this is not our theme issue, this seems to be the third-party plugin or the cache issue on your site.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And make sure to remove the cache from the server, site, and browser as well.

If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and I need your site WP Admin URL and Credentials in a private content area of this topic.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first before going to disabling the plugins and I also need your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.
