Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in. Please check.

1/ Contact support of WPML first.
2/ Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > create headers for different languages.
3/ https://prnt.sc/zjxYkRYAwZIb – there is js error in the browser console. Try to disable caching/minification and check then.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for problems.
