Hello, @Amvisible,
1. For the logo size on mobile, you have to increase the columns on mobile, Actually the page words on 12 columns as the default bootstrap has, and you have set the logo on mobile in just 2 columns, so you have to increase it as 6 columns and check back, please watch and follow the instructions showing in this video: https://www.veed.io/view/0f32b0e3-1f24-4932-84af-7bdcd66b6860?sharingWidget=true
2. For Question Mark height, I can see you have the Custom CSS added which is creating this issue on your site: https://postimg.cc/WDWxW0NF so you have to find and remove this Custom CSS and it will resolve your issue, that Custom CSS might be in Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Mobile or in Custom HTML which you have added in your site.
