Hello, @lew-shop,
No, the button will never appear as you show us in the image because all the content is in the same line after each other it you change it with the custom CSS code it will break the layout too I already share the custom CSS code with the best possible if you think that it is not good then remove the code and leave it ad it was because the shipping comes from the WooCommerce plugin and it is built like this, changes require customization and we cannot cover the customization issues in our support policy.
