About FTP access, we can’t connect, unfortunately.
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
What port can we use? Please clearly provide FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port.
