Hello,
Make sure that you placed translation files into the System or Custom directory, not in the Author directory. And make sure that you translated both XStore theme and XStore core plugin and double-check all the missing strings there https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
Provide WP Dashboard access if you did that but it does not help.
