Yes, I see that you have enabled the option and the variations appear on the home and shop page when you choose variation from any product the add to cart button appears as you can see in this image of your site: https://postimg.cc/SJmP6d5g without choosing any variations the add to cart button appears. So, in case you want to show add to cart button from the very beginning then edit products and set the default (pre-selected) variation: https://postimg.cc/5YjzY8bD
