Hello,

We ask you to check with the Storefront theme (default WP theme), not with the XStore parent theme. If you switch to the default theme, check the emails, and then switch back to XStore child you won’t lose your settings. The only thing that could be messed up after that is widgets, in case that happens you just need to go to Appearance > Widgets and put the widgets in place again.
