Do you use the latest version of the theme? Core? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Here you can find how to update translation files using Loco translate or PoEdit – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update , if you are using WPML, contact their support. After synchronization new strings will be available for translation.
