Do you want to have the white bg color for the mobile and a dark one for the menu icon, right https://prnt.sc/8Nzzv_Hudp5b ?
Could you, please, provide us with the WP Dashboard access to your site to check the mobile header settings that you use (Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile > Main header > Bg color and text color)?
