Product Categories and Brands can’t be imported with exactly the same hierarchy and images, so edit/delete demo categories and add your own https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/
Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access, and we will edit the content to make it looks like the demo.
