1) Do you have any errors in the server error logs? 2) Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) and check the orders page. Is it still slow?

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
