I created a translation for the theme, the entire site was in Turkish, but the store parts were not. For example login page checkout page.

You need to create translation for XStore theme, not XStore child theme.
You are using CDN, so clear CDN cache to be able to see result of translation. I also want to hide the short description on the product listing page. How can I do that? https://i.ibb.co/9NRS7RB/image.png
