Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you are able to use the free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get Pro version you will need to buy an individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro. Also, our theme comes with additional elements for the Elementor and you are able to use them in your project.
