Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile > choose the bottom and save settings, then choose the Off-canvas type and save settings and check the filter on the shop page after that.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
