1) Go to Eleemntor settings and enabled that for the static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
2) Go to Static Blocks > edit footer static block
3) Click the X icon and import the footer you need https://recordit.co/pun7VazD4K
