Your admin access does not work – https://prnt.sc/roMSLJ_uDHrJ . Also you should know that before posting the admin/ftp access it is much better to check it from your side because if you post incorrect data then we try to connect and answer you that it is not working and we should ask you again to check and circle after circle having the same deal. Please, check and make sure that it is working.
Could you, please, create FTP access? We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
About the problem on your Shop page, we do not see any problem there right now. Please clear cache and check. Describe problem that is visible for you in more detail with screenshots.
