guys come on.. we are using a platform (theme) you guys built.. its a static block.. used xtheme elementor slider element.
regardless though.. i dont know what in the world is going on because nothing is working.. the one that was originally placed on there is https://northbaygaragesale.com/staticblocks/elementor-46702/ which is created with text editor in elementor xtheme slider element
here is another static block that was created (link is still active) https://northbaygaragesale.com/staticblocks/elementor-46755/ and instead of using text editor, we just placed 2 simple png images to scroll.. i mean it’s such a simple thing.. and that also doesnt work.. it scrolls once if that.. and then doesnt scroll both on desktop and mobile whether logged in as admin or not.. doesnt matter if we use different browsers, locations.. whatever options we had, we used it and still no change..we also tried turning it’s options, tried different options, tried different elementor addons with similar slider widgets. no matter what, it doesnt work after couple minutes or a page refresh.
it is extremely sad that for the first time in 5 years, we had to create a gif so that we could display 2 simple images one after another. which is what is currently on right now.
please also note – we also tried placing it as a static block shortcode in theme customization>shop>layout etc.. and we also tried placing it by going into the dashboard>pages>shop>edit>choose drop down static block before shop etc..
at this point this is getting crazy.. having second thoughts about all these conflicts with such a simple thing.
please advise what the cause of this because not one single widget acts right
