Thank you for replying.
1) I was able to create a static block, but am not able to put the submit button on the same line as the email address. Can you please provide instructions on how to do that?
2) Also please let me know the answer to this question:
I have a html block in the top header which contains two lines of text. How do I centre-align the block while keeping the text left-aligned?
