You renamed the parent theme folder https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/22645490?key=6e26cbe5b40eddeecc4b438a14143d22 If you rename the parent theme folder then you can’t automatically update the theme and will have that notification. I changed the parent theme folder name to the default one. Child theme name could be any you need.
