If that does not work even with the default theme then contact WooCommerce support, please https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ It looks like it’s a plugin issue, not a theme issue.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
