Hello,

Take our apologies for this inconvenience. We have already contacted WPRocket plugin support. We’ve been waiting for their reply since Friday to get the reason why our account is blocked. Still nothing. We hope that they will answer after the weekend.

We’ll inform you once get a reply from them. Till that happened you can use the W3 Total cache plugin if you need cache on your site and you can’t wait.

Besides, I see that you left 1 star rating because of this and also mentioned there that WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts and WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin do not work for you. Could you, please, explain what exactly is wrong with these 2 plugins? Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check.

We are very sorry that you faced problems with the mentioned plugins and we’ll do our best to help but you need to understand that we are not developers of the mentioned plugins. We just use them as bundled plugins and we are not fully responsible for the code of these plugins. So, is there a chance to get a better rating for our theme? Or we could give you a refund if you are not satisfied with the theme because of the plugins that it includes.
