If your hosting told your that issue is related to WordPress Heartbeat API
This can sometimes mean that something is incorrectly configured or coded within your website. When looking at some of the recent processes I noticed you have a large amount of requests to /home2/sabezon9/organic.sabezon.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php showing which is associated with the WordPress Heartbeat API.
