To create the multilingual site you need an additional plugin. Read this post https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ and choose the one that suits your needs most of all. Some of the multilingual plugins come with the multicurrency feature, for example, WPML plugin. Or look for another third-party plugin to implement that.
You can use Mailchimp plugin to add a newsletter form (XStore > Plugin installer > look for Mailchimp).
