Hello,
1/ Theme Options > Blog > Blog layout > Sidebar Position > Apperance > Widgets > add content into Main sidebar area. Content of men mentioned sidebar will be displayed on Blog and single post pages.
As I can see, once you add more posts with the same categories, you will be able to see 3 posts per row onto the Related area.
