1/ Edit page using Elementor > settings of the first section on the page > set for mobile https://prnt.sc/1zns786
2/ When you re-size screen, you need to re-load the page, then you will see the correct header content. Clear cache of your mobile browser, after changing the margin for the section, and check on a real mobile device.
As we can see you have set margin-top: -150px for the fistrt section to achieve the overlap effect on your Home page, but it would be better to remove the margin at all there, and use Header overlap in Theme Options > Header builder.
