Thanks for the reply.
I’ve changed the background color of the Header Top and background of the Promo text element via Theme Options > Header Bilder – https://prnt.sc/1xput44 , settings wok fine via customizer and on the frontend after closing Theme options – https://prnt.sc/1xpuwid
Please clear cache of your browser and check. There are no visible problems.
If you face any problem still, record a video, please.
