As mentioned in our docs, we do not provide activation keys for plugins. Bundled plugins do not come with personal licenses, read here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
All the available templates of the revolution slider you can find in the Downloads area https://www.8theme.com/downloads : Revolution Slider default examples – 5x and Revolution Slider default examples – 4x, also you can use the Revolution slider templates from our demos, you can find them in XStore import files archive. All the other templates of the Revolution slider are not available if you don’t buy the personal plugin license.
If you want to get access to extra addons that Revolution slider offers for those who purchased the individual license you need to buy the individual license. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We can do nothing with this.
