Theme Options > Typography. Theme Options > Styling > Main color and colors of buttons. Theme Options > Footer > Footer styling > Links.
If mentioned settings do not give you the desired result, provide an example of what exactly do you want to change and describe the desired result in more detail. Provide URLs, screenshots.
