Chrome caches CSS styles, so if you enabled Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources (in Theme Options > Speed Optimization) then you need to clear the cache of plugin and browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn Or try to disable that option and check after that.
