Hello,
We did nothing that may cause a new problem. Have you installed an addition plugin or change settings somewhere? Try to remember what was done before.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so I can pass the problem to our technicians team.
we’re still having the same issues with glitches around making design changes in Elementor and trying to save it but not seeing the results reflected in the live website.
