Please follow next steps:
1- Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On
2 – Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > After the products > delete static block from this area
3 – To be able to edit the content of the static block, enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder , then go to Static blocks and edit them
