1) “Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources” option helps to avoid using of the old cached files. So, if you enable this option you need to clear the plugin cache, CDN cache + browser cache to apply changes you did in ThemeOptions or using the Elementor plugin. If you can’t clear all these caches then keep the option disabled.
2) Bold weight of your body font is not loaded. So, add the below code to child theme style.css to load that @import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Cairo:wght@700&display=swap');

Considering this, may we request that you kindly ask the theme support to provide you with the exact links to the files they are referring to so that we can download them via the ‘wget’ command and see if they will be obtained through proxied IPs, please?
