So kindly I ask you if you have found something that related to our products please let us know, We will always glad to fix and improve our products in advance, In fact theme data is stored in WordPress database and XStore is not only plugin and theme activated on your website, I want to emphasize that we don’t have any option related to reset theme mods (Which are theme settings) or options in database, So it could be done by other theme or plugin or kindly your website had unknown access from unsafe sources.
